The Heartland Children’s Foundation was founded by Heartland Produce Co. as a way to give back to the children and families of the communities we serve.
What We Believe
We believe that all children deserve a chance to thrive. Families and communities should be empowered to nurture and educate children to be tomorrow’s leaders.
What We Do
We give of our time and resources to provide grants to deserving organizations that line up with our core ideals of serving children and families.

Heartland golf charity
On July 28 the Heartland Children’s Foundation will sponsor the Heartland Produce 2015 Charitable Golf Outing

Heartland Children's Foundation
The Heartland Children’s Foundation Board of Directors met today and approved grants totaling $40,000.00 to 5 deserving programs benefiting children.

We raised over $57,000.00
Thanks to all who made our 4th annual golf outing on July 25th a great success.

Providing court advocates to abused and neglected children in the juvenile court system.

Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center
Providing mental health serviced to children who are victims of sexual abuse and assault.

Liberty Prairie Foundation-Prairie Farm Corps
Provides experience in sustainable agriculture for disadvantaged high school students.

UNICEF USA-Kid Power
Providing funding for children in Wisconsin schools to be more active, become engaged in the world, and provide therapeutic food for children suffering from malnutrition.

Women and Children’s Horizon
Provides life-saving assistance to mothers and children fleeing domestic violence and victims of sexual assault and abuse.
